Segmentasi Pembuluh Darah Retina menggunakan Multilevel Thresholding-Otsu

Abstract


Paper ini mengusulkan sebuah metode segmentasi citra yaitu multilevel thresholding-otsu. Metode yang diusulkan menampilkan perbandingan dari tingkat level thresholding yang berbeda. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa metode ini menghasilkan kinerja tinggi seperti yang terlihat dari analisis rasio signal-tonoise puncak (PNSR). Hasil PNSR menunjukkan untuk citra retina rata-rata  29.7541dB. Selanjutnya diharapkan untuk proses segmentasi dapat menggunakan metode ini untuk menghasikan gambar segmentasi yang lebih baik.
