PERANCANGAN E-COMMERCE MODEL BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS (B2B) DENGAN METODE REVERSE EAUCTION

Abstract


Abstract—E-auction has been popular among suppliers
and buyers for several years as an alternative and better
way to do a procurement. Reverse e-auction is a type of
auction that reverse the role of supplier and buyer while
participating in an auction and it shows several
advantages that can solves the disadvantages in standard
e-auction. However, risks also exist with reverse e-auctions
and because of it, there are several conditions that must be
obtained so reverse e-auction may implement effectively.
Those conditions are: (1) the product characteristic are
clear, (2) the purchase must be large enough, and (3) a
supporting market conditions exist.
Intisari– Pelelangan online mulai marak digunakan oleh
penjual dan pembeli dalam memenuhi kebutuhan ataupun
dalam melakukan pengadaan. Reverse e-auction
merupakan jenis pelelangan yang membalik peran penjual
dan pembeli yang dapat memberikan manfaat bagi kedua
pihak. Namun, penerapan reverse e-auction juga tidak
lepas dari resiko. Oleh karena itu, terdapat beberapa
kondisi yang perlu dipenuhi agar penerapan berjalan
secara efektif.
