SISTEM PENGUKURAN KADAR HEMOGLOBIN DALAM DARAH BERBASIS MIKROKONTROLLER ATMEGA32

Abstract


Blood is the important component in the human body which the blood function is as a transportation, one of them is contain the oxygen to the whole of body.  That blood is consists of some component, among erythrocytes which give the colour of red on the blood and inside of erythrocytes there are hemoglobin where influence colour of red on the blood. That colour of red greatly influenced by hemoglobin when binding the oxygen and its called by oxyhemoglobin (HbO2).  Based on the different of the blood colour concentrated, we can measurement hemoglobin levels in the blood. The method used for analyzing hemoglobin levels in the blood is to use parameter human hemoglobin concentrate of blood colour. This equipment is a system which can measure the human hemoglobin concentrate of blood based on light intensity received by sensor. The resulting values has an error rate of 0,24 gr% when compared with the Hb Sahli measurement.
